"I started looking for a realtor to list my house in early in the year. Dawna Ridgeway was the only one who answered all my questions at that time, when the rest deflected some of the questions. I told Dawna that I was in no hurry to list nor was I going to rush to pack up the house and she never pressured me during the time it took me to pack up the house (4+ months).
